An established, full-service firm in Downtown Seattle is seeking a litigation attorney experienced in landlord/tenant matters to join their team. This firm is recognized for its excellent work atmosphere, established clients, and high quality of service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Handle eviction, unlawful detainer and general civil litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Advise clients on landlord-tenant issues and related disputes.
• Support litigation matters involving real estate and construction-related issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Appear in court, hearings, mediations, and related proceedings.
• Manage case strategy, deadlines, and client communication.

Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage; flexible paid time off; participation in a 401(k) with match. Path to partnership.
