A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Associate with 4–6 years of relevant transactional experience in trusts and estates, private client services, and estate planning and administration to join its nationally recognised Private Client Services Group.

Job Description- Estate and tax planning for individuals and families
- Establishment and administration of family offices
- Administration, decanting, and modification of trusts
- Administration of complex estates
- Planning involving closely held business interests, art, and other specialised or unusual assets
- Analysis of complex federal transfer tax issues
- Tax controversy matters before the Internal Revenue Service
- A broad range of sophisticated private client and wealth planning matters
- 4–6 years of relevant transactional experience in trusts and estates, estate planning, and/or estate administration
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work effectively with sophisticated clients and colleagues
- Experience handling complex private client matters
- An LL.M. in Taxation is preferred but not required.
