• 4-6 years of corporate law experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in venture capital, private equity, capital markets, or mergers & acquisitions preferred.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Washington.
