Duties- Represent biotechs and pharmaceutical companies in patent licensing and collaborations.
- Negotiate commercial transactions involving novel therapeutics and digital health technologies.
- Collaborate with founders on cutting-edge technology development.
- Engage in transactions that integrate AI into drug discovery and diagnostics.
- 2-4 years of experience in licensing and commercial partnering transactions.
- Substantial law firm experience with biotechs and big pharmas.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Bar admission in the state of the office location or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Bar admission in relevant state.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with AI-driven biotechnology is a plus.
