The Infrastructure Supply Chain & Procurement (ISCaP) organization delivers solutions to source, build, and maintain data center supply chains. We are a team of motivated professionals who enable AWS’s core infrastructure. Join us to contribute to the largest cloud services company on Earth. The AIS-SC Storage and Memory team is looking for a results-oriented individual to own supply management for NAND and SSD.

This person will own the supply strategy and relationships with multiple NAND component suppliers and work with engineering to coordinate ramp and launch of new memory SKUs within AWS offerings. They will also own relationships with third-party contract manufacturers (CMs) for SSD production to ensure continuity of supply at channel ODM/RI partners. Our Global Supply Managers are experts in their industries and help drive AWS’s growth.

• Conduct weekly alignment meetings with NAND components & SSD CMs to review AWS supply forecasts, address constraints, and resolve supply timing and commitment gaps.
• Prepare weekly supply heat maps identifying potential shortages and quantify production impact; deliver status updates to cross-functional stakeholders (demand planning, finance, engineering, service teams) to ensure alignment on constraints and mitigation progress.
• Escalate critical supply constraints to senior management with detailed root cause analysis and resolution timelines; develop and execute contingency plans for high-risk scenarios including supply limitations and quality events.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews analyzing supplier performance metrics (on-time delivery, quality yields, product mix flexibility).
• Negotiate yearly MOUs and supply agreements based on S&OP demand, defining annual volume commitments, product mix allocations, and quarterly supply quantities to secure favorable terms and supply continuity.
• Partner with finance and accounting teams on quarterly budget allocation, purchase order placement, E&O risk assessment, and supplier invoice reconciliation to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.

• Analyze quarterly S&OP demand forecasts, reconcile against on-hand inventory and supplier commitments, and develop regional supply distribution strategies across global VMI hubs and ODMs to address gaps and prevent regional imbalances.
• Execute weekly allocation decisions distributing NAND components & SSD inventory across VMI hubs and ODM/CM sites based on production plans, qualified SKUs, regional priorities, and inventory aging; coordinate hub-to-hub transfers to optimize utilization.
• Collaborate with service teams, engineering, and suppliers to identify requirements for new platforms; ensure next-generation NAND components & SSDs are qualified before current-generation EOL; establish multi-sourcing strategies for each server platform to mitigate supply risk.
• Monitor rack integrator pull signals and adjust delivery schedules in coordination with logistics teams; participate in weekly planning meetings to confirm component availability; investigate BOM discrepancies and support quality issue…
