Leads execution of strategic supply chain initiatives to enhance service levels, streamline operations, and improve product quality, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and end-to-end supply chain vision.

Develops and implements robust accountability systems to drive continuous, measurable performance improvements across supply chain, from sourcing to production and fulfillment.

Understands technical requirements of partners and works closely with internal and external development teams to guide the direction of supply chain activities.

Prepares and presents detailed data‑driven business reviews and supply chain strategy to senior leadership, focusing on supply chain risk management including cost roadmap, capacity planning, and associated sourcing and supply chain risk assessment & mitigation plans.

Drives strategic supply chain risk reviews and mitigation with internal teams including supplier performance, capability development, capacity planning, contracting, and cost and quality improvements.

Domestic and international travel required 25 % of the time.

Work Hours:

40 hours per week, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.

• Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Supply Chain, Business, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical or quantitative field.
• Or 2 years of experience in the job offered or related industry in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with strategic sourcing, supply chain or procurement of hardware.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with MS Office:
  Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Excel pivots and charts.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business writing and communication.

Salary Range: $147,900 – $200,100 per year.

Base pay may vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience.

Sign‑on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
