The successful Director of Supply Chain will lead strategic sourcing, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and supplier management initiatives across the enterprise. This executive leadership role is responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies that improve supplier performance, strengthen material availability, optimize total cost of ownership, and support operational growth objectives. The potential candidate will partner closely with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and executive leadership to build a resilient, scalable supply chain capable of supporting customer commitments while driving continuous improvement and margin enhancement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or logistics
  • Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments
  • Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPM, CSCP, or CPIM
Responsibilities
  • Establish and execute long-term supply chain strategies that improve service levels, strengthen supplier partnerships, and support overall business objectives
  • Lead commercial negotiations and supplier relationship management efforts to drive value, improve performance, and maximize margin opportunities
  • Ensure supply continuity through proactive risk management, capacity planning, and supplier development initiatives
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Sales leadership to align sourcing strategies with production requirements and growth plans
  • Drive supply chain performance through KPI management, strategic planning, inventory optimization, and data-driven decision making
  • Build organizational capability by developing talent, standardizing processes, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
