As Supply Chain Manager, you will own Vale’s end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring the reliable flow of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods to support a rapidly growing business.

• Manage procurement of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging across all of Vale’s product lines
• Own supplier relationships, contracts, and performance management
• Develop and maintain demand forecasting models to support production planning
• Manage inventory levels to balance service levels against carrying costs
• Identify and mitigate supply‑chain risks through diversification and contingency planning
• Partner with Manufacturing, E-Commerce, and Wholesale on fulfillment planning
• Build and improve supply‑chain systems, processes, and reporting

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 5+ years of supply‑chain management experience, preferably in food & beverage or CPG
• Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and inventory management
• Proven supplier management and contract negotiation experience
• Proficiency in ERP or supply‑chain planning software
• APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) a plus

$92,000 – $122,000 per year
