Operations Associate, University District

Gopuff is looking for Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play an essential role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenge. Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving products within our site and kitchen (if applicable), and working with partner drivers.

Customers turn to Gopuff for their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine. We're building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers ready to reshape retail faster than ever. And it doesn't hurt if you like snacks.

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
• Receive and unpack pallets from vendors, ensure inventory matches purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility
• Manage waste and spoilage through FIFO practices
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items
• Handle, scan, and move products safely and organized
• Stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during shifts
• Use carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and equipment to move products
• Handle products containing tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol
• Work periodically in freezer locations
• Walk several flights of steps as needed
• Prepare beverages and food items following recipes and standards
• Ensure accuracy in food and beverage packaging for delivery
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Receive and reconcile orders/invoices, resolving discrepancies
• Maintain kitchen organization and manage waste and spoilage
• Prepare, package, and stage/handoff orders

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in restaurant or retail (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
• Knowledge of basic web applications (e.g., Google G-Suite)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays

• Compensation varies based on market and location. For U.S. locations, the Seattle, WA salary range is USD $20.76 per hour.
• Starting pay depends on skills, experience, location, and market conditions.
