You will think long term, drive multiple initiatives, communicate appropriately, and influence customers and suppliers at all levels. You will be collaborative, but work with significant autonomy. To be successful, you should be highly analytical; think strategically and globally; be curious with a learning mindset; have a sense of urgency to meet customer timelines in a fast-paced environment; and maintain a strong customer focus and business judgment.

Embrace and model Amazon’s Leadership Principles and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit.
