Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnerships with Global Leading supply chain and Logistics Providers:

    Lead engagement and in-depth management of a global carrier network, focusing on top‑tier international logistics companies (e.g., DHL, Fed Ex, UPS) to establish long‑term strategic partnerships.

    Formulate introduction strategies, long‑term cooperation plans and capability improvement plans for regional logistics and supply chain fulfillment service providers.

    Ensure successful processing of all procurement activities, resolving issues and maintaining vendor accounts, purchase orders and requisitions.

  • Full Lifecycle Supplier Management:

    Through market research and sourcing, establish connections with logistics and supply chain service providers in the U.S. market and introduce them as partners of the e‑commerce platform.

    Establish tiered supplier management system (SLA/KPI/risk alerts), optimizing carrier contract terms quarterly to maintain competitiveness and quality.

    Lead annual carrier bidding and price negotiations, reducing logistics costs, monitoring compliance and driving improvements.

  • Cross‑Department

    Collaboration:

    Collaborate with business operation teams, strategy and product to deliver carrier capability mapping and resource allocation models.

    Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, implementing processes to enable operations to scale.

  • Core Competencies:

    Strategic Negotiation

    Skills:

    articulate partnership value propositions, high‑value contract negotiations.

    Business Acumen: deconstruct cost structures and market trends, designing profit‑maximizing partnership models.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications:

    Experience in commercial or business development roles, expertise in partnerships with U.S. service providers.

    Strong project management and statistical analysis skills, sophisticated presentation skills, understanding of financial reports.

  • Preferred

    Qualification:

    Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Management, International Trade, or Supply Chain.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $180,310 - $364,800 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
