Baggage Storage Associate – Seattle‑Tacoma International Airport – Part Time

Location: Seattle, WA 98158, USA

Pay: $21 – $22 per hour

Hours: Part‑time; up to 30 hours per week; weekends and holidays may be required.

The Baggage Storage Associate provides superior customer service and promotes Smarte Carte baggage storage and services to travelers.

• Greet and assist inbound travelers, encouraging use of baggage storage services.
• Follow established process for tagging and tracking customer property (Baggage Storage Standard Operating Procedures).
• Communicate baggage storage requirements to customers.
• Process cash and credit card payments using the POS register.
• Provide information and respond to inquiries about airport facilities, including baggage carousel information.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Wear the prescribed uniform and maintain a neat appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Aptitude to learn new applications as needed.
• Experience in airport and/or airline hospitality service is a plus.

• Must be able to push/pull and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.

• Ability to obtain the required airport badge.
