Nscale enables AI‑focused companies to achieve superior results by reducing the complexity of AI development. Our GPU cloud bolsters technical capabilities and directly supports strategic business outcomes, including cost management, rapid innovation, and environmental responsibility.
We thrive on a culture of relentless innovation, ownership, and accountability, where every team member takes pride in their work and drives it with excellence and urgency. As an Nscaler, you’ll build trust through openness and transparency, where everyone is inspired to do their best work. If you join our team, you’ll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.
Aboutthe Role
Nscale is scaling fast — and the hardware that powers our global AI infrastructure needs to keep pace. We're looking for a Principal Supply Chain Manager to bring analytical rigor and strategic clarity to how we plan, procure, and deploy GPUs and supporting hardware across our datacenter regions worldwide.
You’ll sit at the intersection of commercial growth, infrastructure expansion, and financial discipline — turning demand signals and deployment roadmaps into concrete procurement, allocation, and inventory strategies, and working cross‑functionally with finance, infrastructure, and commercial teams to make sure the right hardware is in the right place at the right time.
This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role for someone who loves digging into complex supply chain problems and surfacing decisions that scale capital efficiently across a global operation.
What You’ll DoEarly on, you’ll get deep into Nscale’s supply position — auditing forecast processes, mapping visibility gaps across GPU vendors and OEMs, and building cross‑functional relationships with the infrastructure, finance, and commercial teams you’ll partner with daily. You’ll learn where the constraints are, where capital is at risk, and where the current processes need sharpening.
From there, you’ll take ownership. You’ll build and maintain the demand forecasts and supply visibility models that drive hardware decisions across our global datacenter regions — translating commercial pipeline signals into procurement action, making allocation calls across regions, and leading the scenario modeling that keeps our capacity plans ahead of demand. You’ll own hardware readiness for new datacenter launches and ensure logistics and import/export constraints are surfaced early, not discovered late.
Over time, you will become the analytical backbone of supply chain planning ’ll design the dashboards and reporting infrastructure that finance and executive leadership rely on, lead capital efficiency analysis to reduce excess inventory and stranded spend, and shape the planning strategy for how we scale hardware availability globally. The role grows with the company — and there’s a lot of runway.

- Direct experience with GPU‑based supply chains or large‑scale hardware procurement
- Strong grasp of hardware lifecycle economics in capital‑intensive environments
