As a Shift Leader at molly moon’s, you play a key leadership role during each shift, setting the tone, supporting your team, and making sure every customer leaves happy. This is a hands‑on, people‑forward role for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and wants to grow their leadership skills. You’ll lead from the floor, coach teammates in real time, and partner closely with the Shop Manager to keep the shop running smoothly.

• Open and close the shop with confidence
• Delegate tasks, assign breaks, and keep service flowing smoothly
• Stay calm during rushes and help the team succeed.
• Model kind, generous hospitality every shift

• Handle customer concerns with warmth and professionalism

• Coach teammates in real time using clear, supportive feedback
• Share priorities, updates, and wins with the next lead or captain
• Help maintain a positive, collaborative team culture

• Follow cash‑handling, security, and key‑holding procedures
• Operate Square POS, including special transactions
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization standards

• A reliable, people‑first leader who enjoys supporting others
• Experience leading or supporting a team in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment (prior shift lead or supervisory experience a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a calm presence under pressure
• Availability for late nights, weekends, and peak summer months

• $28.00/hr, with room to grow
• Pay growth: A 1%–2% merit raise for every 1,800 hours worked, plus an annual cost‑of‑living adjustment based on the Seattle CPI
