Supply Chain Manager

Reasonably expected salary range: $93,400 - $124,500
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)- Lead Equipment Execution: Own the end-to-end execution for all assigned OFCI equipment from post-award through final site delivery, ensuring all deliveries align with construction and ready-for-service schedules.
- Manage Supplier Accountability: Hold suppliers accountable to contractual production timelines and recovery commitments while providing data-driven insights to leadership regarding reliability trends.
- Mitigate Schedule Risks: Identify potential schedule risks early, implement mitigation plans to avoid project delays, and escalation critical issues to leadership in a timely manner.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Coordinate closely with Design Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Operations to manage submittal reviews and ensure deviation management is resolved quickly.
- Relevant
Experience:
Proven experience in supply chain management, specifically supporting large-scale construction or data center projects. - Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of long-lead equipment manufacturing processes and the ability to track complex delivery schedules. Knowledge of Chillers, Generators & switchboards preferred.
- Communication
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written skills to effectively interface with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and senior management. - Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive mindset with the ability to implement recovery plans and manage technical deviations under tight deadlines.
- Computer Proficiency: Google Suite products preferred.
