Overview
Leads the execution of strategic supply chain initiatives to enhance service levels, streamline operations, and improve product quality, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and end‑to‑end supply chain vision.
Develops and implements robust accountability systems to drive continuous, measurable performance improvements across the supply chain, from sourcing to production and fulfillment. Understands the technical requirements of partners and works closely with internal and external development teams to guide the direction of supply‑chain activities.
Prepares and presents detailed data‑driven business reviews and supply‑chain strategy to senior leadership, focused on supply‑chain risk management including cost roadmap, capacity planning, and risk assessment & mitigation plans. Drives strategic supply‑chain risk reviews and mitigations with internal teams including supplier performance, capability development, capacity planning, contracting, cost and quality improvements.
Domestic and international travel required 25% of the time.
Location & HoursSeattle, WA | 40 hours per week, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Supply Chain, Business, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical or quantitative field and two years of experience in the job offered or related industry.
- Or two years of industry experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, plus two additional years of experience in the job offered or related industry.
- At least two years of experience with strategic sourcing, supply‑chain or procurement of hardware.
- Professional proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Excel Pivot Tables and Charts.
- Strong business writing and communication skills.
