Earn reliable extra income close to home with a consistent evening schedule. We’re hiring part‑time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to keep apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming for the people who live there. This role is ideal for those seeking reliable extra income, a second job, and consistent evening work close to home.
What You’ll Do- Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from residents’ doorsteps each service night, ensuring it’s gone by morning.
- Transport bagged trash and cardboard to the on‑site compactor.
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area.
- Walk apartments, climb stairs, and work outdoors to keep the premises clean.
- Use the mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed.
- Non‑Truck Pay Rate: $20 per hour
- Truck Pay Rate: $25 per hour
- Consistent Evening
Schedule:
typically 10–15+ hours/week - No weekends: most schedules run Sunday–Thursday starting after 7:00 or 8:00PM
- Steady work and reliable hours

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Smartphone with a data plan to download and use the work app, and willingness to receive SMS/text communications throughout pre‑employment and employment.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required).
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine.
- Reliable transportation: open‑bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance preferred.
- Physical requirements:
lift and carry up to 50lbs.; walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs; work around bagged trash and waste; work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Stay active:
get paid to move instead of sitting at a desk. - Consistent evening schedule: easy to fit around a full‑time job, school, or family schedule.
