- Ensure compliance with supplier quality standards and manufacturing processes.
- Analyze supply chain processes and address potential issues proactively.
- 5+ years of experience in Delivery Assurance, Supplier Quality, or Supply Chain Management.
- Knowledge of supplier development, performance improvement, and quality management systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in production readiness assessment and capacity planning.
- Industry experience in aerospace or manufacturing is preferred.
