A rapidly growing organization is seeking an experienced leader to build and scale its logistics and operational infrastructure. The environment is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly accountable.
The Director of Logistics and Operations will lead logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, and operational execution.
This is a builder role for a hands-on leader who can address immediate priorities while developing the systems, processes, and teams needed to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, and daily operations.
- Build scalable processes, systems, and operating procedures.
- Improve forecasting, productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
- Establish performance metrics, reporting, and accountability.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate has experience in both a large, high-performing organization and a startup or early-stage company.
Strong candidates will demonstrate:
- Experience building operational functions from the ground up.
- A hands-on leadership style and strong bias toward action.

- Experience implementing systems and improving processes.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle, with periodic travel.
Compensation:
Low $200
Ks Base + Bonus
