Weyerhaeuser is seeking a National Sourcing & Contract Manager to lead enterprise-wide sourcing strategies for materials and services supporting our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will develop and execute category strategies, negotiate national contracts, and manage key suppliers to drive cost savings, quality, and resilience while upholding strict safety and sustainability standards. You will analyze spend, lead RFP/RFQ processes, mitigate supply risk, and partner closely with mills, forestry, and corporate teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sourcing and category strategies for key materials and services
- Lead RFP/RFQ processes and negotiate national contracts and pricing agreements
- Manage supplier relationships to improve performance, quality, and reliability
- Analyze spend, market trends, and total cost of ownership to identify savings opportunities
- Ensure contracts align with safety, sustainability, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with mills, forestry, and corporate stakeholders to align sourcing with business needs
- Monitor supply risk and implement mitigation and continuity plans
- Track and report sourcing performance, savings, and KPIs to leadership
- Continuously improve sourcing processes, tools, and standards
- Support cross-functional initiatives related to sustainability and responsible sourcing
