The Procurement Manager – Strategic Sourcing is responsible for overseeing the procurement process for significant indirect procurement category expenditures, ensuring timely delivery, optimal cost, and adherence to quality standards. This role requires a strategic approach to sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and category management with a focus on long‑term value and risk mitigation.

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and energetic candidate with a strong background in category management, supply chain management, negotiation, contract management, and a keen attention to detail to drive value and mitigate risk in the organization. This role provides an opportunity to be a thought leader in the space by developing strategies in the indirect procurement space, building key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and driving positive change and efficiencies.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for key indirect categories to optimize costs, quality, and supplier performance.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities based on factors such as quality, cost, delivery time, and financial stability.
• Negotiate favorable contracts with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, terms, and conditions; ensure contracts align with organizational goals and legal requirements and manage any relevant contract renewals or amendments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business and category requirements and develop procurement plans aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive measures to address any issues or risks.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving opportunities through strategic sourcing initiatives, such as sourcing events, consolidating suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, and implementing agreements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements in business and category spaces to drive continuous improvement and innovation in procurement processes.
