We are seeking a Supply & Materials Planning Manager to lead material planning, inventory optimization, and operational procurement across Briotech’s manufacturing operations. This role translates demand forecasts and business priorities into actionable supply and inventory plans, ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to support production and customer commitments.

The Supply & Materials Planning Manager will own forward-looking material requirements, inventory targets, supplier planning, and supply-risk management while balancing service levels, cost, working capital, supplier constraints, and storage capacity. This role will manage the Inventory Operations Coordinator and partner closely with Production Planning, Fulfillment, Engineering, PMO, Marketing, Quality, and Finance to build a more proactive and scalable supply planning function.

• Translate approved demand forecasts and business priorities into finished goods plans, material requirements, replenishment plans, and inventory targets.
• Develop forward-looking supply plans for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging components, balancing demand, inventory levels, supplier constraints, production capacity, and storage capacity.
• Monitor material availability, days of supply, safety stock, lead times, and other planning inputs to proactively identify shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks.
• Partner with Production Planning to ensure material availability supports production schedules and anticipated capacity requirements.

• Own inventory optimization across raw materials, components, and finished goods, including inventory targets, reorder parameters, and excess or obsolete inventory.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and production consumption reporting in partnership with Inventory Operations and Warehouse & Fulfillment.
• Determine purchasing requirements based on demand, inventory position, production needs, supplier lead times, and MOQs.
• Oversee purchase order execution and tracking while managing supplier forecasts, lead times, delivery performance, and capacity constraints.
• Manage material shortages, expedites, and supply recovery plans and support supplier negotiations, contracts and performance management.
• Maintain accurate planning and inventory master data, including lead times, safety stock, reorder parameters, MOQs, bills of material, and other inputs that support reliable planning and purchasing decisions.
