Responsibilities- Prepares make ready apartments, which may include painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping duties, and duties to provide a quality move-in experience.
- Responds to resident requests in a timely manner and with a professional attitude.
- Maintains knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, general carpentry, painting, and snow removal (if applicable).
- Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to keep them clean, operational, and safe.
- On-call scheduling may be required to respond to after-hours emergencies.
- Reports maintenance concerns on vacant units, models, and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Performs maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Adheres to state, local, and federal fair housing laws.
- Attends and participates in required training programs.
- Performs all duties in a timely manner and delivers superior customer service.
- Maintains professional appearance per Cushman & Wakefield standards.
- Follows safety procedures and safegards tools and equipment.
- Maintains reliable on-site attendance and communicates tardiness or attendance issues to the supervisor.
- Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
- Valid Driver's license; EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local certificate as required.
- Ability to read and understand policy manuals, safety rules, and maintenance instructions.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, and interpret data; ability to read and interpret graphs.
- Problem-solving abilities for routine situations with multiple variables.
- Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions with good judgment.
- Mathematical skills for basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Commitment to safety procedures.
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
- 1+ years of related experience.
Professional office environment. Regularly required to travel between properties in varying weather conditions.
Physical DemandsStand and walk for extended periods; ascend/descend stairs, ladders, or step stools; travel between buildings; may require lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and regularly as part of job duties.

Compensation is described below and may vary by location and other factors.
Compensation & BenefitsThe compensation for the position is: $23.80 - $28.00 per hour.
