We Care Daily Clinics (WCDC) is a warm, welcoming, and modern facility that provides treatment for addiction in a person‑centered environment located in Auburn. WCDC seeks to renew hope and purpose for those battling opioid use by removing barriers, providing a holistic approach to recovery, and utilizing evidence‑based treatment to restore healthy living. Location: North Seattle Clinic

Reports To: Facility and Vehicle Manager

Pay Rate: $24.00/hr

The Custodian is primarily responsible for general cleaning of the building, maintaining it in good condition, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients and staff. The custodian reports directly to the administrator and supports the clinic’s harm‑reduction model by meeting patients where they are and facilitating services.

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and restock restrooms.
• Perform minor repairs and notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock and work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
• Protect the rights and confidentiality of all patients.
• Maintain inventory supplies and storage of necessary items.
• Prepare appropriate paperwork for incident reports and clinic needs.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all applicable federal, state, and local rules, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Familiarize with standards required by the department of health and other licensing agencies.
• Participate in required training as needed to perform in the position safely and effectively.
• Interact with all staff in a positive and motivational fashion supporting the company’s mission.

• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Work well when supervisors are not present.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets.
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
