Overnight Custodial – Merrill Gardens

Base pay range: $21.00/hr – $27.30/hr

Shift: Sunday and Monday, 10:45pm – 6:45am

• Perform general maintenance: defrost refrigerators, change light bulbs, A/C filters, check fire extinguishers, maintain emergency lights.
• Repair and maintain walls, floors, doors, windows, and furniture; paint walls and clean carpets in common areas.
• Provide minor electrical work within units and common areas.
• Maintain and repair plumbing as needed.
• Complete and create work orders.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with preventive maintenance and vehicle cleaning.
• Assist with training and development of safety procedures and hazard communications.
• Respond promptly to accidents and emergencies.
• Support housekeeping: clean common areas, laundry, stock supplies, wash windows, set dining rooms, assist with special events.
• Deliver papers and flyers, answer phones, collect resident information.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1–2 years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment (preferred).
• Background check and any specific requirements upon request.
