The Greystar Flex Team is a group of highly skilled, adaptable professionals who support communities in the North region of Western Washington. Everett, Lynnwood, Lake Stevens, Mukilteo, Bothell, Edmonds, Shoreline, Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, Issaquah, Renton, Downtown Seattle, and surrounding Seattle areas. Wherever they are needed most. Flex Team members step into a variety of roles and property types, helping ensure smooth operations and providing solutions during staffing gaps or high-demand periods.

This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to diverse assets, collaborate with different teams, and expand your knowledge while making a meaningful impact across the portfolio. A competitive car allowance is offered of $300, as this role requires reliable transportation. Flex Team assignments are project-based, ranging from a minimum commitment of 5 consecutive working days up to assignments lasting as long as 12 weeks, depending on business needs.

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs)
• Prepare apartments for new move in’s by completing “make-ready” process
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas
• Assist with vendor management and other duties
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
• Previous experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
• Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
