Thrive Communities seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team at our Seattle properties. You will perform unit turns, handle work orders, and coordinate with leasing and property managers to maintain seamless operations.
You will conduct monthly safety meetings, ensure OSHA/SDS compliance, manage vendors, and uphold budgetary controls while delivering excellent resident service. This in-person role requires emergency on-call availability and strong teamwork.
