We are currently searching for a Health Principal in our Seattle office.

• Leadership and Business Development Responsibilities:
  • Manage Health Sector Goals – work closely with local office Managing Principal and leadership to ensure that the health sector is meeting the firm’s business objectives from a local, regional and national perspective.
  • Collaborate with Health Sector Leadership – work with the Regional Health Directors and firmwide health leaders to implement key initiatives, investments and strategies for growth and practice development, obtain new project work, generate thought leadership and contribute towards local office profitability.
  • Grow Local Health Sector Team – grow a well‑balanced, multi‑disciplinary team; assess capabilities of staffing resources; recruit and maintain expertise, balancing all aspects of a design‑driven top‑tier health practice.
  • Build Client Relationships – develop strong client relationships and serve as a key client relationship manager on projects.
  • Demonstrate Local Leadership – participate as a health thought leader in professional organizations, activities and services in or around the region that further the firm’s vision, value and relationships.
  • Represent and Advance the Firm – increase awareness and understanding within the community of the firm’s health practice on a local, regional, and national basis.
  • Business Development and Marketing – coordinate regularly with the Managing Principal and the Regional Health Director on all BD, marketing and practice growth efforts; identify, qualify and develop business leads; develop effective capture plans to convert leads to wins; coordinate, collaborate and cooperate with local leadership to build teamwork and maximize effectiveness of all BD and marketing efforts.
  • Proposal Writing – lead and oversee the analysis of RFQs and RFPs and the development of written proposal responses; craft and write proposals and oversee timely completion of qualifications packages and proposals with all contributing parties both inside and outside the firm.
