Warehouse Manager

Location: Simply Seattle Headquarters, Seattle Reports to: Operations Director / Owner Type: Full-Time
Pay Range:$28-$35, depending on experience

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations supporting both our growing e-commerce business and three physical retail store locations. This role is responsible for managing inventory across multiple locations, leading warehouse staff, and ensuring efficient, accurate fulfillment and distribution processes.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, process-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment.

• Oversee all aspects of the inventory lifecycle , including receiving, storage, transfers, fulfillment, and replenishment
• Manage multi-location inventory across the warehouse and three retail stores, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution
• Coordinate and execute product shipments to retail locations approximately three times per week
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain data accuracy
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and effectively
• Oversee daily e-commerce order fulfillment at scale
• Print and manage pick lists and shipping labels
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
• Monitor fulfillment performance and implement improvements to increase speed and accuracy
• Oversee e-commerce customer service team (email and phones)

• Lead, train, and supervise a warehouse team of 3–5 staff members
• Assign daily tasks and set clear performance expectations
• Foster a positive, accountable, and efficient team culture
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance and accuracy

• Streamline warehouse workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors
• Develop and maintain clear standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Identify opportunities to improve space utilization, labor efficiency, and order flow

• Manage warehouse supplies and packaging materials
• Oversee shipping methods and carriers to control costs while maintaining service levels
• Monitor shipping expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices

• Proven experience in warehouse management , inventory control, or logistics
• Strong leadership experience , including supervising teams of 3–5 employees
• Highly detail-oriented with meticulous organizational skills
• Experience managing inventory across multiple locations
• Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment operations
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
