The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in Tenant Improvement (TI) construction projects
. This role is designed for a professional ready to step into a leadership trajectory, with clear advancement toward Project Executive responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and exceptional people skills, driving project success while mentoring teams and building client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure successful delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Mentor and develop project engineers, assistant project managers, and field staff.
  • Drive collaboration across teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage risk, and ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements.
  • Provide strategic input to executive leadership, preparing for transition into Project Executive responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    Minimum 10 years as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a strong focus on tenant improvement projects.
  • Leadership:
    Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and build strong client relationships.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and construction documentation.
  • Communication:
    Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to influence and inspire.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Professional Growth:
