Her First $100K is a financial education company and media platform on a mission to get more money into women’s hands. Through our top-rated podcast, New York Times bestselling book, online memberships, and a global community of over 5 million, we help close the gender wealth gap by building women’s net worth and self-worth. • Lead curriculum planning, audits, and updates for current programs and future offerings

• Ensure all content is high-quality, accessible, and tied to clear outcomes

• Oversee improvements to modules, lessons, resources, and member support systems

Customer Success & Retention

• Build retention strategies, engagement plans, and communication flows to maximize lifetime value

• Analyze member feedback and engagement data to create actionable insights

• Partner with the Brand Director on community-wide initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty

Leadership & Team Management

• Manage Programs Team, setting goals and ensuring accountability. This role has 1 direct report (Customer Success Manager) and shares 2 direct reports (Content Creator and Operations Coordinator) with the Marketing Team

• Establish operational workflows, automations, and systems to scale program delivery

• Collaborate across departments to ensure programs are integrated with company-wide strategy

Data & Insights

• Define, track, and report KPIs and success metrics

• Present insights to leadership, recommending adjustments to improve outcomes

• Use data to forecast growth, retention, and resource needs
