Ever Line Coatings and Services, a rapidly scaling commercial service brand is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Crew Lead to lead our Seattle Location. Our small but rapidly growing team is in need of a critical field training and support function leader to successfully launch and support our growing network.
Job briefWe are looking for a Line Striper - Lead to oversee all staff, maintenance items, and operations of the local business unit.
To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise.

Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Help design strategy and set goals for growth
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively, arrive to work on time, and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for ownership
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
- Create a culture of continuous improvement with trying new processes and methods
- Shop maintenance items and inventory replenishment
- Proven experience as a Crew Lead or similar role from a skilled trade
- Follows through on commitments and leads by example
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Experienced with using hand and power tools
- Skilled enough to use the proper tools to troubleshoot broken equipment on jobsites, make repairs, and perform scheduled maintenance on equipment
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Great leadership skills and management of people
- Bias to action and isn't afraid to try new things
- Is thoughtful of others and can help build/execute a training program for Pavement Maintenance Technicians
