• 1 yearof property management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Working knowledge of Landlord Tenant and Fair Housing Laws
• Entrataexperienceis a plus!

• Salary range $23-27/hr plusbonus programs
