About the Role

The Segments and Solutions team plays a critical coordination role across the organization—aligning Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Solutions, Partnerships, PIRG, Data Operations, and Rev Ops around unified goals. By driving focus, enabling cross‑functional execution, and translating strategy into measurable impact, the team ensures that each segment receives a cohesive, intentional, and high‑performing experience from Pitch Book. In short, they are accountable for accelerating growth, strengthening market position, and ensuring we consistently deliver value to the clients within their vertical.

The Program Manager, Solutions acts as the strategic right hand to the Solution’s organization’s leadership team—driving alignment, clarity, and execution across multiple departments. This role ensures that segment leaders, client solutions leaders, data operations, commercial, marketing, partnership, and product teams operate in lockstep, delivering a unified, effective experience for internal and external stakeholders.

This leader will translate executive priorities into actionable plans, manage the rhythm of business, and ensure cross‑functional teams are focused on what matters most. From quarterly business reviews and customer advisory boards to operational governance and reporting, this role creates the structure and discipline that enables predictable outcomes and exceptional stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor and operator—someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings order to complexity, and ensures the organization is always two steps ahead. They combine strategic thinking with flawless execution, acting as the connective tissue between leadership and the teams that deliver results.
