* Sourcing Strategy:
* - Employ strong knowledge of key industry players, competitors and market dynamics.
* - Effectively develop and lead complex sourcing strategies, effectively manage suppliers and internal networks to deliver best in class performance for the relevant spend area
* - Consistently deliver measurable and strategic goals to enable bottom-line and top-line company growth, and corporate social responsibility leadership
* - Develop effective negotiation strategies to enable success
* Supplier Engagement and Management:
* - Leverage effective business and professional relationships with strategic suppliers and industry players
* - Professionally manage and measure suppliers for continuous performance and improvement
* Cross-Functional Projects:
* - Proficiently advanced employ program and project management tools and techniques.
* - Independently solve problems and make decisions for primary and strategic execution and tactical issues within the relevant portfolio of projects and or processes.
* - Provide day to day oversight and perform a hands on execution role
* Leadership and Teamwork:
* - Effectively motivate and collaborate within their team and across their peer group.
* - Lead using demonstrated and proven experience and the application of best practice procurement skills.
* - Lead cross functional teams, mentor Analyst procurement,
* - Work within peer group and leadership infrastructure to ensure that best practice and leverage opportunities are delivered.

Basic Qualifications:
Foundational Knowledge:
Working knowledge of procurement processes such as sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, risk management, and key legal terms. Proficient knowledge of procurement processes such as RFXs, market analysis, 'should-cost' models, and standard legal protections (i.e. confidentiality agreements)
Problem Solving and Business Acumen:
Proactively identifies and addresses problems constructively and takes action to resolve. Strong acumen for coping with different business situations in a professional manner via obtaining essential information, focus on key objectives, recognize options available for solving problems, selecting the right approach to overcome obstacles, and set plans in motion to achieve execution.
Teamwork:
Effectively influences across peer groups and management level on complex strategy and demonstrates leadership.
Project Management:
Effective employment of project management tools and techniques. Ability to prioritize and redirect under pressure.
Emotional Intelligence and Influence:
Anticipate others' perspectives based on their role, level, and body language. Response to change is to consciously move through acceptance, adoption, and internalization. Ability to navigate in ambiguous environment and agile response to change. Demonstrate effective influencing skills via the ability to flex your style depending on strategy and stakeholder.
Communication:
Ability to prepare clear and concise verbal, written, and visual presentations and ability to clearly communicate written and verbally to cross-functional stakeholders & management to align and implement strategy. Proactive communication to management. Links information to priorities to facilitate dialogue and decision making.
Intellectual Curiosity:
Proactively identifies and engages in opportunities to expand knowledge via external benchmarking, external resources, leveraging knowledge of sourcing SMEs, and learning more about the broader business.
