We have partnered with a well-established Seattle based organization looking for a top-notch Payroll Manager/Supervisor!
This role offers compensation ranging from $120-145k annually, comes with excellent benefits including a 401(k) plan with matching up to 5%, 16 days of PTO (not accrued, you can use it from day one and is prorated based on start date) multiple medical/dental/vision plan options, and other benefits including parental leave, commuter benefits, pet insurance, and more!
The ideal candidate will have experience with UKG, ADP, Workday, Paylocity, Paycom, or similar and will have 3-5+ years of supervisory experience for up to 15 direct reports.
This is a hybrid role with 3 in-office days.
Very nice to have skills/experience/certifications include:
- Software implementation experience
- Union payroll is nice but not required
- Certified Payroll Professional
