*** Route qualified leads to the right regional teams for fast, effective follow-up.
* Maintain clear records of handoffs and status updates in CRM systems.
** Measure & Optimize
*** Monitor KPIs and conversion metrics to continuously improve processes.
* Deliver regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership.

**** Requirements
* ** 3+ years of experience in lead management, sales operations, or commercial support.
* Experience managing people and driving team performance.
* Fluent in English.
