- People, Culture & Organizational Health — Partner closely with VP, HR, and leadership to analyze employee feedback (e.g. surveys), develop and execute strategies for morale, engagement, and culture enhancement; champion fun events, DEI efforts, and a supportive environment. Build cross-org relationships rooted in empathy and trust to facilitate broader success.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding — Elevate partnerships with Recruiting to attract world-class talent; accelerate hiring pipelines; hold managers accountable for positive onboarding and integration experiences.
- Budget & Resource Stewardship — Actively manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets; optimize resource application across initiatives to support scalable growth.
- Communications & Stakeholder Influence — Define and manage executive-level communications (narratives, staff engagements, press/customer interactions); cultivate influential relationships to drive alignment and results.
