Are

The candidate will be a Senior Manager within the Commercial Banking Consulting practice focusing on Business and Technology Transformation within the wholesale lending industry. The Senior Manager will design and implement business changes that drive industry‑specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasking related to people and process.

Responsibilities
  • Become a trusted advisor for C‑suite clients looking to solve critical business problems.
  • Define clients’ business and technology strategy.
  • Re‑imagine world‑class operating models for wholesale credit institutions.
  • Lead wholesale credit systems implementation engagements (requirements, design, test, deployment, etc.).
  • Manage all parts of projects, from client buy‑in to planning, budgeting and execution.
  • Source and coordinate work from other internal work forces.
  • Develop our next‑generation wholesale credit technology offerings.
  • Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.
  • Build reputation as an industry thought leader.
  • Travel as required, up to 80%, in the United States and Canada.
Here’s What You Need
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development.
  • Minimum of 7 years of equivalent commercial credit industry experience (sales, underwriting, closing, servicing, portfolio management).
  • Demonstrated experience leading engagements and managing resources on complex nCino transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a large‑scale commercial credit transformation across operating model, technology and data/AI work streams.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with C‑suite client executives.
  • A bachelor’s degree.
Bonus Points if you have
  • Launched new product offerings in the banking industry.
  • Implemented next‑generation analytic capabilities (e.g., predictive, generative or agentic AI) for commercial lending.
  • Experience with additional commercial lending industry platforms (e.g., Moody’s, Bloomberg).
  • An advanced degree or financial industry certification.
  • nCino expertise including nCino/Salesforce certifications.

Compensation and Location

Compensation varies by location, role, skill set and experience. There is no fixed Final date to receive applications.

  • Cleveland: $122,700 to $270,600
  • Colorado: $132,500 to $292,200
  • District of Columbia: $141,100 to $311,200
  • Illinois: $122,700 to $292,200
