A premier, high growth Multi-Family Office is seeking a Director, Client Services, to own and execute core client service operations and support during a period of continued growth. This is a hands-on role for an experienced client services leader who values clarity, accountability, and operational excellence.
The firm is looking for a seasoned Client Services Leader to manage the department and provide strategic direction and leadership for day-to-day client servicing initiatives, process optimization and integration efforts, and employee development. This is a highly visible cross functional role which will require collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders with a keen focus on process improvement, developing an infrastructure for scalable growth, and employee development.
This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial services – wealth management
- Minimum of 5 years management experience with a focus on employee development.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders are essential to this role.

- Provide strategic oversight and guidance for all Client Service Workflows.
- Manage escalated issues and action appropriate responses.
- Serve as process owner for money movements and billing ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead projects to improve internal process efficiencies leveraging technology and optimizing team strengths.
- Serve as a subject-matter-expert for all M&A integration support to ensure seamless transition for clients and associates.
- Actively manage team’s workloads and capacity.
- Develop direct and indirect reports through recruiting, mentoring/coaching, and continued education while ensuring workforce planning is in place.
