Key Responsibilities Design and maintain organizational architecture and governance models for compliance and expansion Lead global financial strategy and manage a multi-currency treasury Establish a workforce strategy to attract and retain talent while fostering an inclusive culture Act as the lead for enterprise risk management and ensure compliance with regulators
Required Qualifications , Training, and Education Proven experience leading operations in key jurisdictions (US, UK, Canada, or Australia) Track record of diagnosing institutional bottlenecks and driving strategic execution Prior experience in a multi-functional leadership role within a global non-profit Qualified Accountant (CPA, CA, ACCA) or demonstrated executive-level financial responsibility Deep understanding of restricted fund accounting and donor compliance
