Position: Prospect Supervisor - AA (FULL TIME ONLY) - SEA

Overview

This position will consist of ensuring that passengers in need of special assistance or with disabilities are provided curb-to-curb assistance. We experience upwards of 1,000 of these requests per day. The candidate will be responsible for leadership and oversight of all aspects of our business across multiple contracts in our SEA location including but not limited to client facilities and personnel under his/her supervision to ensure that the Company is providing professional and quality service while meeting strict timelines, and any duties/tasks assigned by senior management.

Responsibility for ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, security, safety regulations, and training requirements established by the Company, by our Clients, and by regulatory authorities. Direct supervision of a department consisting of over 100 front-line employees.

This entry level management position is ideal for a reliable, energetic, customer service-oriented individual that is looking for future growth opportunities.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities
  • Thorough understanding of all aspects of our business in SEA. The candidate will be intimately involved with the day-to-day operations and is expected to assist front-line employees in performing their tasks.
  • Responsible for the direct oversight and leadership of scheduled front-line employees in various positions.
  • Communicate effectively with employees and clients to ensure fulfillment of performance and quality requirements.
  • Ensure fulfillment of all contractual requirements to the satisfaction of the Company and our Clients.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with the SEA workforce and client representatives.
  • Oversight and development of subordinate employees.
  • Ensure that all safety policies are strictly enforced and adhered to.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, managers, etc.
  • May perform tasks such as scheduling, hiring, training, time and attendance, administration, lead and conduct shift briefings; amongst other tasks.
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and under tight time constraints.
  • Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Must meet all airport requirements in order to receive and maintain the required SIDA  and Customs Seal.
  • Pass a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) 10-year background check and pre-employment / random drug tests.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Be available to work weekends, holidays, days off and a variety of shifts as necessary.
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
  • Airline/Airport industry and management experience preferred.
  • Must be able to lead and motivate employees in working as a team.
  • Must be decisive and able to work under demanding operational conditions in a stressful environment.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. General knowledge of business management and accounting.
  • Demonstrate strong administrative and analytical abilities, and proficient with personal computers and Microsoft Office products.
Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, work at heights using ladders and electronic lifts, bend and lift for or more of the work shift. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50-75 pounds for the majority of the work shift.

Skills / Experience

2 or more years management experience in a wheelchair operation or a customer service background is preferred. Previous aviation industry experience preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Compensation

Hourly - Commensurate with experience.
