As the Director of Transformation Services, you will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements by working closely with Private Equity leadership to identify, design, and implement creative business solutions.

• Structure performance‑improvement plans and manage projects to completion.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities by redesigning business leadership structure, staffing levels, and back‑office efficiencies.
• Synthesize data and insights to enhance EBITDA and operating efficiencies.
• Implement programs to reduce cost structure, including workforce reduction and process improvements.
• Develop findings and make strategic recommendations.
• Provide hands‑on experience in margin management, pricing, product rationalization, sales & operations planning, sourcing and global supply chain, organizational structure, non‑labor cost efficiency, process improvement, SG&A cost reduction, and working‑capital & cash management.

• 10+ years of professional or consulting experience implementing cost‑reduction programs, organizational restructuring, or cost‑structure improvements.
• Depth in a particular industry vertical (e.g., industrial, business services, distribution, consumer products, or retail) is a plus.
• MBA from a top‑tier school highly preferred.
• Experience working with private equity relationships is a plus.
• Experience in both professional services and industry is a plus.
