The Temporary Facilities Services Associate will complete and manage facilities service requests from internal departments and retail branches. This role produces work by using standard operating procedures, including courier services and ensuring credit union facilities are well-maintained, safe, and secure. This role is heavily focused on quality service delivery. A growth mindset to contribute to team goals is critical to accomplish team goals.

- Completes responsibilities in alignment with credit union policies and procedures, including applicable occupational safety and health administration (OSHA) requirements.
- Assist facilities management in maintaining a safe environment, which may include managing maintenance schedules, responding to urgent maintenance calls, and ensuring that equipment and devices operate properly.
- Records and manages inventory, tracking, and accountability systems for all aspects of facility site management, including but not limited to electronic and physical key systems, office supply orders, security, and planned/unplanned maintenance.
- Coordinates and manages centralized supply purchasing across the organization, asset tagging, and furniture/equipment transport services where appropriate.
- Compile and maintain current vendor information and documents to support the proper management of vendors and contracts, including other documentation and checklists on SharePoint.
- Maintain on-site availability, open and closes the corporate offices, and ensure security systems are properly activated, and doors are secured/locked at the end of each day.
