Pay Details

$34.00-$37.00 per hr.

Schedule

Monday-Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the day‑to‑day maintenance operations and physical upkeep of the assigned community(s), in accordance with Company safety standards. This role also provides leadership and daily oversight to the maintenance team, ensuring that established Company objectives are achieved.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain the physical condition and general upkeep of the community following Company operating and safety standards.
  • Lead, direct and supervise maintenance employees assigned to the community. Provide employees with regular performance feedback and take timely action of misconduct by effectively working with your supervisor and Human Resources.
  • Successfully interview, hire, train and retain employees. Work effectively with Human Resources to recruit and onboard new employees.
  • Manage and thoroughly complete work orders within the expected timeframe according to Company policy and standards.
  • Manage and complete all make‑ready apartment homes including painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying, and general repairs, according to Company unit turn policies and standards. Schedule all contracted work required with Company approved vendors and…
