MEP Project Manager

Position Overview

Skanska is searching for a dynamic MEP Project Manager. This role is part of a company that builds things that matter and values its team.

• The Project Manager manages overall project direction, completion and financial outcome.
• Administers owner and subcontractor relationships for assigned projects.
• Directs and mentors on‑site staff.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Exhibits strong communication and client‑service skills.

• 5+ years of MEP project‑management experience on commercial or infrastructure construction projects.
• 5+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction.
• 5+ years track record of delivering on‑time projects.
• 5+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.
• 5+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety.
• 5+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.
• 5+ years experience managing subcontractor relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.
