** Position Summary*
* We are seeking a  
** Senior Manager, Global Revenue Accounting
** to lead our global revenue accounting function. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant revenue recognition under U.S. GAAP, partnering cross-functionally with FP&A, Sales Operations, and Billing, and driving operational excellence across the revenue cycle.

This position will lead a team of five high performing individuals and report into the Global Controller organization. You will play a key leadership role in supporting financial reporting, audits, and process transformation initiatives.

** Key Responsibilities*
* ** Revenue Accounting & Close*
* + Lead the global revenue accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606

+ Manage the month-end close process for revenue, including review of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting packages

+ Ensure timely and high-quality balance sheet reconciliations and account analyses

** Technical Accounting & Compliance*
* + Interpret and apply U.S. GAAP revenue accounting guidance to complex SaaS and multi-element arrangements

+ Maintain and document revenue accounting policies and procedures

+ Support internal and external audit requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses

** Cross-Functional Partnership*
* + Partner closely with FP&A, Sales Ops, and Billing teams to ensure accurate contract interpretation and revenue treatment

** Process Improvement & Systems*
* + Drive automation and process improvements across the revenue cycle to improve efficiency and accuracy

+ Support system enhancements and implementations (e.g., billing, revenue recognition tools)

** Leadership & Team Development*
* + Lead, mentor, and develop a team of revenue accountants

+ Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and control-focused team environment

** Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)

+ 8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on revenue accounting

+ Strong knowledge of ASC 606 / SaaS/ License/ Professional Service revenue recognition

+ Experience managing global or multi-entity revenue processes

+ Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements

+

Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite preferred) and Sales Force/Certinia a plus

+ Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
