Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training, and/or motivating a work team.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Cooperative collaboration skills to build and nurture strong relationships.
  • Passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives.
  • Confidence in identifying solutions for clients based on their needs and the ability to resolve problems independently or involve others as needed.
  • Effective communication skills, comfortable engaging all clients.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.

Minimum Education Requirement

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Work Schedule

Hours Per Week: 40

Compensation

Pay range: $73,500.00 – $ annualized salary, offers determined by experience, education, and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible:
Annual discretionary award based on overall performance results and company contributions.
