We are currently seeking a Full‑Time Portfolio Operations Support Manager.
The Portfolio Operations Support Manager provides operational leadership and administrative support across a portfolio of multifamily communities. This role partners closely with property management teams to ensure consistent execution of policies, procedures, financial performance goals, and resident satisfaction standards. The position serves as a critical link between on‑site teams and regional leadership by supporting operational efficiency, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Support day-to-day operations across assigned multifamily properties to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives
- Partner with Property Managers and Regional Managers to drive operational consistency and best practices
- Assist with budget preparation, financial tracking, variance analysis, and expense control
- Monitor property performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
- Support leasing and occupancy strategies, including pricing, marketing, and resident retention initiatives
- Assist in implementation and adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Conduct operational reviews, audits, and site visits to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Provide training and onboarding support for on-site staff related to systems, processes, and company expectations
- Collaborate with maintenance and facilities teams to ensure timely completion of work orders, preventive maintenance, and capital projects
- Handle escalated resident concerns and support resolution efforts to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Prepare and present operational reports to leadership as needed
- Support technology and systems usage across properties to drive efficiency and data accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, property management, or a related field preferred
- 4–7+ years of experience in multifamily property management or related industry
- Prior experience supporting multiple properties or working in a regional/corporate support role preferred
- Strong understanding of property operations, leasing, financial reporting, and compliance
- Experience with property management software systems (e.g., Yardi, Real Page, Entrata)
- Experience utilizing marketing platforms and tools relevant to multifamily housing, such as ILS (Internet Listing Services), CRM systems, reputation management tools, and digital advertising platforms (e.g., , Zillow, Rent Cafe, Google Ads, social media channels)
- Multifamily property management operations and industry standards
- Financial concepts including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Fair housing laws and regulatory compliance requirements
- Property maintenance and facilities management basics
- Digital marketing fundamentals as applied to multifamily leasing
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Data analysis and reporting proficiency
- Ability to influence and support teams across multiple locations

- Compensation:
Full‑Time - $80,168.40 to $90,000.00 per year - Vacation & Sick Time for Full & Part‑Time Employees
