Operations Manager
Description
The Facilities Construction Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day management of Facilities Construction, including operational budget, timeline, risks, and delivery of daily operations. The role leads capital projects supporting key regional and system‑wide initiatives, manages a project team and contractors, and ensures project deliverables and deadlines are met while aligning with the Mission and Core Values.
Responsibilities- Oversee day‑to‑day management of Facilities Construction operations.
- Manage the operational budget, timelines, risks, and delivery of daily operations.
- Lead capital projects supporting regional and system‑wide initiatives.
- Direct project teams, contractors, and vendors to meet deliverables and deadlines.
- Ensure contractor and vendor performance aligns with organizational Mission and Core Values.
- 3 years of healthcare construction management.
- Supervisory experience with direct reports and/or vendor management, including third parties.
- Experience analyzing and negotiating financial terms for vendor services and construction proposals.
- Driving may be required; must comply with state laws, provide proof of driver license and insurance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience leading new construction and tenant improvement projects.
- Experience managing multiple teams of direct reports.
- Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) or Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC).
- 6 years of construction management experience.
